The Wednesday Youth Group

The Wednesday evenings on which the group meet is proving very successful. We now have a younger group, who are enthusiastic in asking lots of relevant questions. We are studying the parables of Jesus at the moment and end with a time of open prayer. We have a group of really lovely young teens. Any young person interested  please have a word with Elaine. .

Connect

Chill out and relax with cake, coffee and chat with other teens aged 11+. We use games, drama, movies, music and stories to understand how the bible relates to our lives today. Our focus this term is looking at how we can be a great community for God. We finish each session by praying together.

Once a month we have a social night where we meet up, have a meal, chat and play games that make us LOL!

This youth house group meets every Wednesday night [during term time], from 7 till 9pm, at St Andrews Community Hall, in the lower rooms. Any young person is welcome to join this group, simply speak to Elaine.

Youth on Sundays

We have a great bunch of really committed young people who take part in our youth group on Sundays. Many are also involved in helping to lead our worship through our youth band – Youth Jam.

We meet to explore the bible and build on our relationship with God every Sunday from 11.30pm. Once a month we have a youth worship service in the hall, where we use art, dance, worship and prayer to meet with God. Everyone who is aged 11+ is welcome.
